Our KS1 sessions focus on the fundamentals of maths and English. We support the national curriculum so rest assured that the topics they are studying here at Step Forward Tuition will have a huge impact on their school work.
Similar to our KS1 curriculum, we support the national curriculum in English and maths, however, our students that are on our KS2 programme learn Key Skills that will help in their Year 2 SAT’s as we know just how important they are.
KS3 tuition aims to build on the work completed in year 6, through to year 9 before the GCSE study sets in. We aim to improve skills in both English and Maths to get you on your way to high grades at GCSE.
We have classes for arithmetic, reasoning, reading comprehension, SPaG and writing. We aim to get all students to the expected level and endeavour to help them reach greater depth!
We deliver sessions in reading, writing, SPaG, verbal reasoning and non-verbal reasoning. We also help with the interview stage and do sessions working on interpersonal skills.
Here at Step Forward Tuition, we have sessions for all abilities. We provide English, Maths and Science and all subjects have classes for the grades 1-5 range and the 6-9 range. Depending on their target grade and initial assessment, we will allocate them a space on the appropriate session.
Our ESOL tutor is Cambridge qualified and has 5 years experience delivering ESOL to all ages, including adults. We have sessions adults and children, for beginners through to advanced and will allocate you a spot depending on your age and level.

KS4 tuition develops year 10’s skills in English and Maths in preparation for their GCSE exams. These sessions focus on improving their skillset in order for them to excel in their GCSE’s.

Our A-Level sessions are conducted by our subject specialist staff which have extensive knowledge in the subject being taught. We offer tuition in Maths, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, English Language, English Literature and Psychology. Sessions are tailored to the individual needs of your child and place importance on exam technique as well as content.
